As of today, we have tied the number of fairs covered by VAN members with the number you covered for us last fall – 150! I still have a few invitations outstanding, waiting to hear back from you on national fairs in Chicago and Milwaukee, and fairs in Michigan, Minnesota, and Indiana. So hopefully we can pass last year's number!

Want to see where your fellow VAN members are covering college fairs? Head to the VAN website's college fair assistance page. Feel welcome to email Barb Lieske , Tim Dooms , or Tyler Tappendorf with any questions, but keep in mind that Tyler Petersen, the VAN web assistant, is only putting the VAN fairs on this page, NOT the fairs being covered by the admission counselors.

The picture at right is of Ryan Couser, son of VAN member Matt (Elementary Education '01) who covered a college fair for us in Michigan recently! Matt thought the thank-you gift backpack would make a great sleeping bag for his son.

Do you have any photos of VAN members in Valpo attire or at VU events, e.g. Homecoming? Send a digital copy our way and we'll put it on the VAN website!

If you need a 2007-2008 Valparaiso University Bulletin (course catalog) for reference, drop us an email at admissions.network@valpo.edu or give us a call toll free at 888-468-2576 and we'll get one in the mail to you.

TP (Tyler Petersen), our VAN web assistant, is working on some new areas of the VAN website: creating more wallpapers, redesigning the newsletter, and adding a blog page so you can share VAN stories with each other. We'll let you know when these new areas are up and ready for your review!

September/early October visitors to the VAN office include:
