VUAA Award Recipients
Each spring, the VU Alumni Association deliberates and chooses recipients for its prestigious alumni awards. Nominated by fellow alumni, colleagues, friends, or family members - this year's recipients will receive their awards in the Chapel of the Resurrection at the Sunday worship service during Homecoming and Reunion Weekend. Mark Schwehn '67
The VUAA's Distinguished Teaching Award recipient for 2007 is Mark Schwehn '67, professor of humanities in Christ College. Schwehn will receive his award Tuesday, Aug. 28, at VU's Opening Convocation.
Members of the class of 2007 were nominated by their colleges for the VUAA's Distinguished Student Awards. These awards were presented prior to commencement at a luncheon in the recipients' honor. The students are:
