Read Walt Wangerin’s Letters

The spring 2006 issue of VALPO magazine featured an article on Walt Wangerin Jr., Valparaiso University’s Emil and Elfriede Jochum chair and writer in residence, who is the prolific author of more than 35 works, including novels, short stories, children’s books and poetry, which have garnered him worldwide acclaim. Wangerin earlier this year was diagnosed with cancer. He is writing a series of personal letters that reflect on his life, work and faith.
