RN Refresher
RN refresher courses allow for a general update and review of assessment skills, basic nursing skills, and pharmacology.
The College of Nursing offers a RN refresher course comprised of two courses within the College of Nursing. These courses, Nur 203 and Nur 210, provide for a general update and review of assessment skills, basic nursing skills, and pharmacology. The courses can be completed in either order, but it is ideal to take Nur 203 first. Nur 203 is offered in the fall semester and summer session I. Nur 210 is offered in the spring semester and summer session II. Classes meet two/three days per week. The cost of the RN Refresher series is $750.00, plus textbooks. Payment is due to the College of Nursing at Valparaiso University by the first day of class. Refunds are not given after classes begin.
