Norman H. Volk is president of Chamberlain & Steward Associates in New York City and the chairman of the John A. Hartford Foundation. Prior to his position, from 1972 until 1985, he was the senior vice president of Bessemer Trust Co. in New York. Volk earned his master’s degree from Marquette University in 1959. In 2004, he received a Doctor of Laws degree from Valpo. He is a member of the Valparaiso University Board of Directors.
