Gregory W. LintjerGregory W. Lintjer has been president and chief executive officer of Elkhart General Healthcare System since July 1990.  Prior to joining Elkhart General, he was president of Copley Memorial Hospital, an affiliate of the Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke’s Healthcare System, in Aurora, IL, from 1982 to 1990, and senior vice president from 1980 to 1982.  A fellow of the American College of Hospital Administrators,  Lintjer is active in organizations at the local, state, and national levels.  He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Valparaiso University and earned a master’s degree in healthcare administration from the Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis.
