Prof. Mark Adams appointed Associate Dean of Academic Affairs

Prof. Mark Adams has been named associate dean for academic affairs at the School if Law.
Adams joined Valparaiso’s law faculty in 1994 and his teaching and research interests focus on contracts, employment law, labor law, labor arbitration and legal writing and research. He previously practiced in areas of labor and employment law with Davis Wright Tremaine in Seattle.
Adams has served as an arbitrator for the National Association of Security Dealers, U.S. Steel and the United Steelworkers of America, and Northern Indiana Public Service Co. and the United Steelworkers of America. He earned his law degree from the University of Chicago and his bachelor’s degree from Williams College.
