Tools for Members

This is the place to find the tools that members need to serve Valparaiso University through the Guild.

One way to help the Guild is to order an Entertainment Book  Click on this link to order a 2008 book for you or as a gift.

“Member-Originated Activity” proposal and evaluation forms (and samples) were mailed to all members. This form allows Guild supporters to request start-up funds for Guild projects and let's the Guild know how members are serving (so we can help publicize events!).   The form and procedures will be evaluated and tweaked throughout 2007-2008 to fully implement in July 2008.

Valparaiso University Guild has just been registered for GoodSearch and GoodShop as seen in Oprah Magazine, ABC News, and The New York Times .  GoodSearch.com is the search engine with a unique social mission. It's
powered by Yahoo!, so you get the same great search results, but each time you do a search, GoodSearch makes a donation to the Guild!

GoodShop.com is the new online marketplace that donates a percentage of your online purchase to the Guild. You can choose from hundreds of popular online merchants and the experience of shopping through GoodShop is the same as going to the retailer directly.

How to Serve

Organize an activity that promotes Valparaiso University (exemplifying the University's ideals)

• Support the Guild Endowment Fund which funds the Guild's philanthropy on campus.
• Pray for Valparaiso University and its students
• Remit Fundraising Proceeds
• View Guild Bulletin
