Allen Scholarship (Church Work; amount varies, based on need)
•Students preparing for church professions, separate application, recipients selected by VU's Allen committee.
•Renewal GPA: 3.0

Ament Brenner (Health Care; amount varies, based on need)
•Member of a Lutheran congregation in the Greater St.Louis, MO area preparing for a career in the health care fields (nursing, physical/occupational therapy, pre-medical arts), separate application required, recipients selected by VU's Scholarship committee.
•Renewal GPA: University Satisfactory Academic Progress Policy

Award for Excellence
•Nominated by Lutheran high school principal in junior year for academic success and leadership skills.
•Renewal GPA: University Satisfactory Academic Progress Policy

Lutheran Leadership (Lay Leader; amounts vary)
•Regional or national officer of Lutheran Youth Fellowship or Lutheran Youth Organization, or some other significant synod or national leadership role; must be nominated by invited leaders within the respective denominations. Separate application required, recipients selected by VU's Lutheran Leader Selection committee.
•Renewal GPA: University Satisfactory Academic Progress Policy

Martin Luther Award
• Dependent daughters and sons of full-time, professional, rostered Lutheran Church workers. If a student qualifies for a higher academic scholarship, that scholarship replaces the Martin Luther Award. (transfer students also eligible)

Ed Voelz Endowed Scholarship
•Graduates of St. Peter's Lutheran School in Columbus, IN
