Professor Guydan currently teaches the MBA business law core course, has been a member of the American Bar Association since 1992, and is licensed to practice law in Indiana and in United States District Court. She has two years of public accounting experience and has co-owned a general law practice for five years. She has been named among the Who’s Who of American Educators three times in the past six years.
