Larry E. Mainstone holds the Richard E. Meier Professorship in Management.  He has published numerous articles and has been a consultant for several organizations including a 15 year association with Accenture (Andersen Consulting).  His recent research has focused on decision making, and biases in judgment.  He is on the editorial board of the Journal of Organizational Behavior Management, has reviewed for The Academy of Management Review, and The Journal of Management Education.  He has received several teaching awards.  Previous teaching assignments include Indiana University – Bloomington, University of Tulsa, and the University of Michigan – Flint.  In addition, he has had teaching assignments in Germany and China.  He received his P.h.D. in Organizational Behavior from Michigan State University.
