Steps to Take to Apply to Valpo

1. Complete Valpo's transfer application.
   • Download the Transfer application (335 KB)
   • Common Application
     • Common App Supplement — After completing the Common Application, please be sure to also submit Valpo's online Supplement form or print and submit the Common Application Supplement PDF. (120 KB)
   • Submit your completed application to the Valparaiso University Office of Admission along with:
     • Your personal statement
     • Your official high school transcript(s) and your standardized test scores if you have completed less than 24 college credits.
     • A $30 non-refundable, paper application fee. (Fee is waived for online applications.)
     • Dean's Transfer Evaluation Form (582 KB)
